Gale Gordon is an American actor who is perhaps best remembered for the longtime acting role of Lucille Ball - and most importantly as tight and fiery banker Theodore J. Mooney in Ball's second situational comedy, The Lucy Show. Gordon also appeared in I Love Lucy and starred in the third hit series of Ball's Here Lucy and its fourth and final short series Life with Lucy. Gordon is also a respected and beloved radio actor who is remembered as the director of Osgood Conklin in Our Miss Brooks, starring Eve Arden, in both the radio and television series 1948-1957. 1952-1956. He also played the second Mr. Wilson in Dennis the Menace.
